Clearly presenting the valuation of damages or benefits to property or Goodwill is very difficult. PSI has developed a successful approach to this communication challenge by creating an accurate picture of the "After" condition. This allows the jury to "see" the impact of the project (see enclosed article #1).

An additional communication challenge in Real Property disputes is Comparable Sales Analyses. Often the opposing appraiser will present a significantly different valuation. The presentation of dramatically different valuation by the different "experts" often will confuse the jury and this may result in the jury splitting the difference„a potentially disastrous result.

PSI has developed a communication approach that effectively contrasts and compares the properties clearly, highlighting the relative merits and deficiencies of each property (see enclosed article #2).

Loss of Goodwill is even less tangible and understandable to juries then real property damage. To overcome this confusion, PSI has developed an approach that emphasizes graphics and a very orderly step-by-step communication process to help the jury understand the evaluation (see enclosed article #3).
